At Tenuta PANORAMICAPULIA we want your stay in Puglia to be as relaxing and memorable as possible. We are here to guide you to the best local spots, from typical trattorias to osterias, pizzerias to starred restaurants and happy hour spots. We can introduce you to rural farming life by having you participate in the olive and grape harvest. You can also take part in organized tours on assisted mountain bikes, quads, jeeps, sailboats and more.

The services included in the price are:

Approximately from 10.00 to 16.00 on the day of your arrival and the departure of previous Guests.

We ask our kind Guests to inform us of their arrival time in order to best organize the reception. And to respect the check out time so that even the Guests who come after you can find the Property perfectly clean and tidy.

We guarantee the maximum discretion of our collaborators in entering and exiting the Property to guarantee you the best service. The times of entry into the Property, if in the presence of Guests, will always be agreed with the Guests themselves, as indicated in the Regulations.

1 quick midweek cleaning service for stays of at least 7 nights, including a change of bathroom linen and beach towels.

The property offers pool towels and bathrobes for each of the Guests.

The automated entrance gate leads to a large private car park with 4 parking spaces under a canopy and additional parking space.
The facility does not provide these products, which are only used during initial and final cleaning by domestic workers. Only ordinary cleaning products are provided.

With the exception of the Suite Trullo, we have given in to the temptation of equipping all five suites of the Masseria and the living room with Smart TVs… However, “if you allow us,” we encourage you to immerse yourself in these surroundings, to slow down rather than speed up, to appreciate the value of silence, light and darkness, sweetness and beauty. These places are meant to be savored: by tasting them, loving them, enjoying them, and listening to them.

The Solarium on the pool offers 12 sun loungers.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, including the kitchen, living room, and the suite in the trullo.

The property is equipped with heating.
The facility is equipped with a security alarm. Its simple operation will be explained to guests during check-in.
A hairdryer is provided for each room.
There are various outdoor furnishings including 12 sun loungers, 12 outdoor armchairs, small tables with chairs and various brickwork sofas located around the Estate (for numerous seats) with a view to offering various areas for conversation, reading, relaxation and privacy.
